Stephanie Huolt

Executive Director

Stephanie grew up in New Norway, Alberta and is a graduate of the Master of Material Culture Studies (Human Ecology) program at the University of Alberta. She is passionate about Canadian history (especially early immigration, historic structures, and farming and industry technology), Scandinavian culture, and traveling. You’ll find her happiest gardening or at the lake.

Kelsey grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, and received her Masters of Museum Studies from the University of Leicester. Her passion in life is to never stop learning, and you can typically find her listening to a history podcast, surrounded by cats.

Marlee hails from Edmonton, Alberta and is a graduate of the Master of Museum Studies program at the University of Toronto. Marlee loves early Canadian history (especially the prairies), baking vegan treats and going to lots of theatre.

Frank Quartel

Building and Campground Manager

Frank was born in Holland, but grew up near Devon, Alberta. He has experience in the oil and gas industry, working in construction and operations. In his spare time you can find him enjoying the great outdoors.
